Logos Physical Therapy is a patient-centered rehabilitation practice dedicated to helping individuals move better, recover faster, and return to the activities that matter most to them. Founded by Mina Massak, PT, DPT, Logos Physical Therapy has been serving the community with high-quality, evidence-based care since 2011.

Our practice specializes in the evaluation and treatment of orthopedic, post-surgical, sports-related, neurological, and chronic conditions. We combine hands-on manual therapy, corrective exercise, and advanced movement analysis with modern rehabilitation technology to address the root cause of pain and dysfunction—not just the symptoms.

At Logos Physical Therapy, every patient receives individualized care delivered by experienced, licensed physical therapists. Our team prioritizes education, ensuring patients understand their diagnosis, treatment plan, and long-term prevention strategies so they can take an active role in their recovery.

We are proud to offer advanced therapeutic technologies, including Shockwave Therapy for chronic tendon and soft tissue conditions and H-Wave® Therapy to support pain reduction, improved circulation, and neuromuscular re-education. These modalities complement our hands-on approach and help accelerate healing while reducing reliance on medication.

In addition, Logos Physical Therapy provides specialized services such as running and gait analysis using the RunDNA Helix System, balance and vestibular rehabilitation, manual lymphatic drainage, pediatric and adult specialty care, and comprehensive post-operative recovery programs.

Whether referred by a physician or seeking care directly, patients can expect clear communication, collaborative treatment planning, and a commitment to achieving meaningful, lasting results.

HAPPY PATIENTS

Very helpful and great staff. Dr. Mina is polite and caring. He is very knowledgeable & professional. It's a very relaxing environment & I always feel better after my sessions are done. Highly recommend this place.

I really loved going to physical therapy. Everyone was so nice and accommodating, no wait time either.
Christine was the best; he was really caring, reassuring, and a great listener and took the time to explain anything you were concerned about/wanted to know. I would recommend this place to anyone, of any age.

I was miserable with Sciatica pain for a few weeks before I found Logos Physical Therapy and got great help there from Stephanie. She knew just how to help, recommending pinpoint exercises and workouts that would directly affect my issue. She was both a great listener and teacher, patiently working with me and guiding me back to health and no pain. Plus, she’s a kind and good person. She cheered for me to get better.
